Movie Plot: Eight years after the first-film events, the Miami Police Department (MPD) is investigating the flow of drug detectives Marcus Burnett and Mike Lowe to the MDMA in the city, leading them to a MEETING AND DRUG DROP. The subsequent raids caused weak radio signals, and firefighters have either killed or injured several klansmen. During this investigation, the two rebuked these klansmen using merciless lyrner, then a shootout, as Mike accidentally shot Marcus into the bum. Then other police soon arrive in the area and catch the remaining Klan members, who appear not only as distributors but are only small buyers of drugs.
Marcus questions whether he wants to be a partner with Mike. Meanwhile, Marcus is hiding a relationship with Marcus’s sister, Sid. Unbeliable to both Sid, Mike and Marcus, is an undercover agent of the Drug Enforcement Administration, a money plunder for a Russian gangster group that distributes ecstasy on behalf of Cuban drug lord Johnny Tapia.
